Summary of Member Duties
The River City Shooters Range runs entirely on volunteer participation. We have an excellent reputation for putting on safe, well executed, and fun matches, and we can’t do that without our Members.
Throughout the year you’ll be invited to participate in at least 50 events, but will only be expected to volunteer at 8 (with the exception of in-kind contributions**). Although not inclusive of all by-laws (see attached), by acknowledging the need for your Club contributions below you agree to accept responsibility for your involvement (or the lack thereof) in our core events and for the consequences of non-participation, including: Member benefit restrictions, match/range dismissal, membership demotion and Club expulsion:
- 2 Bi-annual range clean-up/Club work days (Spring & Fall TBA).
- 1 Regular monthly SCSA and/or USPSA match set-up per quarter (4 total, Jan-Dec).
- 3 Days of major annual match: River City Shootout, (1 day) set-up and (2 days) work match (Mar TBA).
- 2 Days of major annual sponsored match: GSSF, work match (Oct TBA).
- 4 Bi-monthly members meetings.
- Voting (expenditures, elections, etc.).
- Support Club sponsored matches/training opportunities (i.e., SSSF and SAPD Explorers).
- Support Club events and sponsors by actively promoting them.
- Club and match planning (i.e., stage design critique/submission, acting as Match Director for 1 match a year, and range improvement ideas/planning)
** In-kind Club contributions are special considerations reserved for Members who are not able to participate in mandatory events and have demonstrated a special need, or who are contributing to major ongoing projects; membership duties are modified or waived at the discretion of the Executive Committee and approved by the Club President on an as-needed basis.

We respect your privacy, THIS IS STRICTLY VOLUNTARY – the information provided in the directory is restricted to the name, phone number and/or email address that you provide below. If you do not wish to be directly contacted, the Club Secretary will forward any comments/requests directed to you through e-mail.

RIVER CITY SHOOTERS CLUB MEMBER AGREEMENT
DUES ARE PAYABLE WITH THIS APPLICATION. Annual membership dues and applicable fees are due December 31st of the prior year and will be considered delinquent on January 31st of the respective year. All membership fees are due before a membership is approved and a card is issued and must be accompanied by this completed application. In the event that an applicant is denied membership, all prepaid dues/fees will be immediately refunded.

Club Competition Jerseys
Club competition jerseys are purchased through the Club and are produced by our Club sponsor Gunsta Guns & Techbrid Apparel. The order will be placed on when membership closes (Januray 31st). Please indicate the quantity, and size jersey you would like below.
